I'm Danielle - an AuDHD coach, MSc in Applied Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychologist in Training. I specialise in helping autistic-ADHD adults understand themselves, reduce internal conflict, and build lives that feel authentic, spacious and sustainable. My work is grounded in science, lived experience, and a deep respect for neurodivergent identity. I don't teach masking. I help you meet yourself - and build from there.
